We thank you for your interest in joining Mamapreneurs, Inc.!
Mamapreneurs, Inc. strives to maintain a close community of
mamapreneurs. We support one another, offer and seek advice, promote
each other's businesses, and help each other out in times of need, both
with business and family life assistance. Membership to Mamapreneurs,
Inc. enables mom business owners access to tools that are both helpful
to the growth of their business as well as to their own personal
growth. We are women, we are mothers, we are business owners, and
together, we are changing the way the world does business. Join us!
***HOLIDAY CLOSURE INFORMATION****
Please note that the Mamapreneurs Inc. office will be closed December 23, 2008 through January 5, 2009 for the holidays and annual web/administration
maintenance. If you submit an application during this time, it will be
reviewed after January 5th. Thank you for your support. We wish you and
your families a lovely winter break & look forward to working with
you all again in 2009!
Membership Guidelines
To qualify for membership, applicants must:
- legally be part-owner of a qualifying business OR be in the process of launching a new business
- be a mother of a child or children of any age(s)
- adhere to high ethical and legal business standards
- be in good standing in the community
In order
to ensure we preserve the mission of our community, we constantly review our membership policies to best serve our members.
All applicants whose applications
are dated after June 15, 2008 must be moms who own part of a business
that is at least 51% mom-owned. Owners of franchise or licensed businesses are welcome to join. Please

Read below for some of the benefits of annual membership. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for your application to be reviewed and approved or denied. Should your application be denied, your application fee will be refunded to you within 10 business days from the date we send you notification of our application decision. We reserve the right to refuse membership to any applicants, for any reason.
MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
At-Large Membership: $50/year (must live 90 miles or more outside of Portland, OR for this level)
For mom business owners who live 90+ miles outside of Portland, Oregon/Vancouver, Washington city limits

Standard Membership: $75/year
At this time, the remaining membership levels are for Portland, Oregon mamapreneurs only.
Benefits include but are not limited to:

- Free admission to members-only specialized, smaller group meetings, playdates and mamas night outs, unless otherwise stated on the event listing
- Discounted booth rates for The Mom Shop event

Premium Membership: $100/year
Membership includes all of the above plus a logo link listing on the Membership Directory

Group Membership: $75/year per owner
The Group Membership level is for companies that are Partnerships or Corporations with more than one business owner. All applicants must be deemed as legal owners and each applicant must also be a mother. All members of the Group Membership company automatically receive all of the benefits above, plus a logo listing per member in the Member Directory.

Executive Membership: $500/year
This level is perfect for our most active members who also want greater visibility. All of the above benefits plus:
- Free admission to all monthly meetings -- never worry about forgetting to register for a meeting during your membership year!
- Top listing in the Membership Directory as Executive Members
- 1/2 price booths at The Mom Shop
- 1/2 price admission to all Mamapreneurs, Inc. sponsored conferences
- 1/2 price admission to Mamapreneurs, Inc. educational workshops and classes
- 1 month free online ad during membership year
- 1 month free newsletter ad during membership year
- Quarterly membership dues payment option instead of annual
